This type appears to be either a variant of Marine ware or an unidentified type. Examples have been noted in St. Augustine only in contexts dating between 1700-1763.
Paste is orange to brownish red-colored with coarse sand temper. Vessels are covered with a smooth, thick, mint-green enamel. Floral, linear and cross-hatched designs painted in dark green or navy blue have been noted.
