General Information

Klagetoh Black-on-white was defined by Colton and Hargrave (1937). This type is associated with late forms of Tularosa Black-on-white but has more limited distribution. Pottery exhibiting characteristics indicative of Klagetoh Black-on-white was produced from the late thirteenth to early fourteenth century (Wilson, Southwest Ceramic Typology Project, 2012).
